    • Refund Policy

      Team Withdrawing and Refund Policy

      Teams who withdraw between before the deadline will be charged a $110.00 administrative fee. Any team that withdraws after the deadline will forfeit its entrance fee.

      Inclement Weather Policy

      All teams must show up ready to play at the field site, regardless of weather, unless otherwise directed by Tournament Director. Matches will be forfeited if a team does not show as scheduled. Only Tournament officials may cancel or postpone a match. In the case of severe weather, the referee and/or field marshal may suspend a match based on judgment. For thunder and lightning that occurs after the beginning of play, the referee and/or field marshal will suspend the match for a period of 20 minutes. If the weather conditions are unsafe for play after 20 minutes, the match will be terminated. If a game is in the second half, the score at the time the game is suspended will be considered final. Incomplete games will be rescheduled or cancelled, as decided by the Tournament committee.

      Cancellation Policy

      If the entire event/tournament weekend is cancelled for any reason, accepted teams will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be given if any games are played on the tournament weekend.

      You will have the option to register teams in the boys or girls divisions. Any team registered under the girls division cannot have a male on the roster.  Any coed teams must register under the boys division. The coed rules do not apply.

      There is a minimum 3 game guarantee.
      Each Player must have either a birth certificate or their player card for proof of age. 
      All Players must sign the mandatory wavier. Parents must sign for their children.  The wavier can be found under the documents section.
