Check-In Procedure

ALL TEAMS MUST CHECK-IN ONLINE - NO ONSITE CHECK-IN AVAILABLE
 
1. The following items are required for online check-in:
 
a. Official player passes for each player and sideline coach for 11U and up.
b. Medical releases for each player.
c. Covid Waiver (located within online check in)
d. Approved travel permit if the team is from out of state, except for US Club Soccer registered teams. Region III teams only need a Notification of Travel Form.
 
2. Upon completion of online check-in, teams MUST have 5 copies of the SINC-approved team roster with each player’s jersey number on each roster.
 

3. Each team must be available to present itself to the game referees five (5) minutes prior to their match for instructions. Coaches are required to have the player passes available for review by the referees at all times during the match. Failure to do so is subject to possible forfeiture to be determined by the Tournament Committee. A copy of an approved official roster with player numbers listed shall be turned in to referees.
