Upon arrival, please provide copies of waivers and players card at the main building.

Please have a certifed copy of the player roster. Player passes will be presented at check-in and will be checked at the start of each game. Each player MUST have a player pass. Players without a player pass will not be able to play in that game.
Upon arrival, please provide copies of medical waivers. A Tournament Official will be located at the main building.
